::Extremely bad experience on Friday evening (13th April 2018). Me along with my 5 friends had visited here for a get together. First the manager/waiter told us that there is going to be a party indoor so he made us sit outdoors in their garden even though at that time the indoor area was almost empty. After 10 minutes we requested to make arrangements indoor as it was very hot outside to which they agreed. By that time we had ordered drinks on buy one get one free offer. The waiter who served the order got another brands drinks which was not on offer, so we inquired him whether the offer was applicable on these drinks also as we had strictly ordered drinks with offer only. He agreed that the served drinks are on offer. Once we were done with our get together we requested them for the bill. After waiting for 10-15 minutes we went to the counter and they were still not done with processing of bill. Finally the bill was given to us, and to our surprise, they had not applied the offer on the other brand of drink which waiter had served plus they had added service charges without intimating us in advance that a service charge will be applicable. When we inquired, they told us that these drinks are not on buy one get one free offer. When we called the person who served us the drinks and had told us that drinks were on offer, he backtracked from his earlier statement. After almost 20 minutes of arguments they agreed for applying the offer. When we requested fir removal of service charge since we were not satisfied with their services, they told us that since an offer has been used by us they will apply service charge and its not the customers option to remove that. They also told us that in case no offer is used by a customer then service charge is not applicable. This reasoning was beyond any logic and also in clear contravention of the law. However, me and my friends were so tired and exhausted after arguing on offer that we decided to pay the service charge instead of more arguments. Finally we requested for the grievance book, which as predicted was not available with them. After much insistence, they gave us a feedback form which they bought from The Masala Trail and told us that both restaurants are under same management. I have attached the said feedback form they have us. I would seriously recommend anyone hoping for a good time with friends and family not to visit this place as they totally ruined our get together and was a harrowing experience for us. The staff is unprofessional, unmanaged, argumentative and impolite. Please don't waste your precious time with your friends and family here.

::Pretty bad experience. Firstly they asked us to sit outside in this humid situation saying that inside space is booked for party. Till the time we spent there (aprrox 2 hours) nobody came for the party. Then during the billing they did not provide one plus one offer which they said initially.. after 20 minutes of altercation finally they gave the one plus one but service charge was compulsory, which should be optional. So overall service is pathetic plus they will say something to attract customers but will do things there way.. So if you looking for good option in CP please avoid this place

::A friend of mine who has his own photography business visited this place and found this one to be a good place with nice ambience. Its little hard to find this place but with google maps you can never lost. The place is good for arranging birthday parties, kitty parties etc. The food was good. A major issue comes with the parking as the guests need to arrange parking on their own

::Staff is rude. Doesn't know how to talk. Infact manager started fighting over a petty issues. We were a family with kids. When we tried to complaint, He picked up a fight. Strongly advise anyone to visit this place. Visit at your own risk. Doesn't even deserve single rating.
