  If one asks me I would say that this historical place is in complete, absolute ruins and decay, both physically as well as mentally. Most of the lawyers as well as the judges of this high court are spinless creatures. I guess this is what a dedicated and committed judiciary is all about. They have a backbone which can be compared without any fear of contradiction to that of a Cadbury chocolate eclair. The judges of this high court have a tendency to melt under pressure. Dicey once said that justice should not only be done but seen to be done. But this high court functions in the violation of this cardinal principle of the rule of law. This high court lacks in the functionality of transparency and I say it with a very heavy heart.

  High court of Allahabad main bench of Uttar Pradesh high court. It has maximum 160 judges seats this place is mostly crowded if you want to see a huge crowd of black suite guys(lawyer) you can visit this place this court has historic importance as well it was established in 1869. It's one of the oldest high court in India. Allahabad high court add a big value in Allahabad. Main attraction of this place is architecture of building so if you want to visit this place go ahead but not in a legal matter😉😉

  इलाहाबाद उत्तर-पश्चिमी प्रांतों की सरकार की सीट बन गया और एक उच्च न्यायालय 1834 में स्थापित किया गया था, लेकिन एक वर्ष के भीतर आगरा में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था ।1868 में इसे इलाहाबाद वापस स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। पूर्व उच्च न्यायालय , इलाहाबाद परिसर विश्वविद्यालय में अकाउंटेंट जनरल के कार्यालय में स्थित था ।

  इलाहाबाद उत्तर-पश्चिमी प्रांतीय सरकार की सीट बन गया और एक उच्च न्यायालय 1834 में स्थापित हुआ था, लेकिन उसे एक वर्ष के भीतर आगरा में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था। 1868 में इसे इलाहाबाद वापस स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। पूर्व उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद कम्प्लेक्स विश्वविद्यालय में अकाउंटेंट जनरल के कार्यालय में स्थित था। भारतीय उच्च न्यायालयों अधिनियम 1861 द्वारा 17 मार्च 1866 को आगरा में उत्तर-पश्चिमी प्रांतों के लिए न्यायिक उच्च न्यायालय के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था, पुरानी सदर दिवाणी अदालत की जगह। सर वाल्टर मॉर्गन, बैरिस्टर-एट लॉ और श्री सिम्पसन को प्रथम मुख्य न्यायाधीश और उत्तर-पश्चिमी प्रांतों के उच्च न्यायालय के क्रमशः प्रथम रजिस्ट्रार नियुक्त किया गया था। उत्तर-पश्चिमी प्रान्तों के लिए स्थान उच्च न्यायालय को 1869 में आगरा से इलाहाबाद में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था और नाम 11 नवंबर 1 9 1 9 से अलाहाबाद में उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में बदल दिया गया था। 2 नवंबर 1 9 25 को, औध न्यायिक आयुक्त के न्यायालय को लखनऊ में औध मुख्य न्यायालय द्वारा 1 9 25 के अवध सिविल कोर्ट एक्ट द्वारा स्थानांतरित किया गया था, जो गवर्नर जनरल की पूर्व स्वीकृति से इस अधिनियम के उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ संयुक्त प्रांत विधान मंडल द्वारा अधिनियमित किया गया था। 25 फरवरी 1 9 48 को, औध की मुख्य अदालत इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के साथ मिलकर हुई थी। जब उत्तरांचल राज्य, जो अब उत्तराखंड के नाम से जाना जाता है, 2000 में उत्तर प्रदेश से बना था, इस उच्च न्यायालय ने उत्तरांचल में गिरने वाले जिलों पर अधिकार क्षेत्र का कार्य नहीं किया। इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय, लोहा मुंडी, आगरा, भारत के खान साहब निजामुद्दीन द्वारा बनाया गया था। उन्होंने पानी के फव्वारे को उच्च न्यायालय में दान दिया।
