  Its not a terminal station.....its clean....well maintained.....not too much crowded......the station is in the middle of the city.......spatious station......also not crowded by hawkers.... Its spatious.....free wifi is also available here...which is maintained by google.....it has escalators at the overbridges and also elevators for sr citizen and handicapped......... At the entrance screens for the waiting list status is also present which gives the information about the tickets that are being confirmed from waiting list in different trains......

  1.Good service provided by the railway authority . 2.Station is very neat and clean. 3.Not too much crowded in this station. 4.Station premises is well maintained. 5.The announcement by the railway authority is so perfect before train reaching the station.The announcement is very helpful for the passengers. 6.The station need to be upgrade..
