  Jharkhand police is famous for not helping the people and not lodging FIR for thefts as their work will increase. I know this because I went this very police station to lodge a FIR for my stolen cycle inside Tata Steel Works. First they kept me waiting for am hour by telling that their senior is in rounds and only he can lodge an FIR. When the senior police officer arrived he just straight away disagreed to lodge an FIR saying that a cycle is not worth their time. This is what we get of our taxes to the govt.
