::In terms of decor Cafe Hangout has done a decent job but they lack the taste to attract the customers. They had this service in the patio area which is now gone. I had the worst Tawa Pulav of my life here. Ever. They seriously need a good chef to turn the tables if they want to live up to the competition in the area.

::Food - 3/5 Ambience - 3.5/5 Service - 4/5 Value for money - 2.5/5 I guess this is the only good cafe in around Vasai. Ordered a chicken burger and penne in pink sauce, the pasta was well cooked and warm when served, but the burger went all cold. The chocolate milkshake was also good. Ambience of the cafe is good leaving the loud talking crowd. Also good to visit alone for a quick bite. There was only one staff member at the counter who also served is the food. Thought he was one of the most polite person I've ever met, I suggest to get more staff at hand. One person cannot manage if the cafe is busy. And it was busy when we left the cafe.
