Literally the worst customer service, ever. What's wrong with these people?? Lol, everyone from the owner/manager to the hostess and waitress were ridiculously rude. Like it was in their training to be snooty. I've been here about 3 times (different occassions, different friends), and the way the staff treated people was disgusting. Just...like they were too good to deal with people. They even yelled at a few customers about stupid things, like a kid spilling a bit of ice cream on the table. Even when the parents tried to clean it up, they are like, "no, we don't have anywhere you can throw away the tissues" What?? The owner gives French people a bad name, that's for sure. The food and drinks are so-so. Don't order tea. they literally give you a cup of hot water and a tea bag. and charge out the nose for it.

If you want a truly authentic experience of a French bistro in Bangalore this is the place. Thierry and his French chefs serve up everything from cafe au pair, croissants, salads and steaks, a range of wines, as well as a mouthwatering assortment of pastries and everything is totally authentic. That includes the French songs playing in the background!

Ambience is great, but service is poor + it's too much on the bill for normal drinks

Really nice cafe with authentic French food. The baguette and the coffee were both top notch. We visited this place for a Sunday brunch. It was really breezy and well lit up. I felt really energized after my morning coffee. The staff was courteous and friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience. The best place for French food in Bangalore.

Good place to have authentic French food. But some options in the menu are not available. Particularly, lot of wines in the menu like Chardonnay are not available. Apart from that, the food taste was really good and so was the ambience. Location is good as well. We sat outside and it was pretty enjoyable. Since they are serving French food, they should give some baguette with it as complimentary.
