  I went there for a farewell party. Our timing was 2pm-10pm.Staff knew our party would start at 2pm.Still,floor was very dirty until we asked them to clean. ACs were switched off.It was damn hot there. Staff was not good.They were rude to us. Food was below average. They were supposed to consider per head count instead of plate system. But, at the last moment they started considering plates. Overall, it was a bad experience.

  The top class hotel in Gwalior. The five 🌟 hotel in Gwalior and very good service and the view of front is good the zoo in front of it and a big park . Near by it a big mall called DDmall. It's open 24 hr. It's also have a cafe for coffee and cocktail. The room are very awesome and high class . The rent of 1 day is also high . The light show and the function are held there .so this hotel deserve five 🌟 rating . So when anybody came Gwalior visit there once.

  The place is fantastic for stay for any duration. Suites are of large size and have ample space. It is situated near D.D. mall and is around 4 km From Gwalior railway station and about 6-7 km from Airport. They also provide pick and drop service. Restaurant and bar is not up to the mark. Food is average. Overall it is a good place to stay as compared to other places to stay.

  I stayed at this place for 2nights recently. If we talk about this place keeping it in mind that it is in Gwalior with the limited options to stay, then I will say it is a nice place for the money it’s charging. The staff was very good and helpful. But as soon as you try to compare it with the Hotels of Jaipur and Goa you will feel that it is Overpriced for the kind of cleanliness it is providing. Overall I will suggest this place if you are planning a trip to Gwalior.

  This property is located close to the DD mall. The rooms are good and in decent shape since it is a new property. The suite needs a special mention with a family/common room at the upper deck level giving it a duplex feel. The food in the restaurant is great in taste though priced a bit higher as compared to the city standards. Alternate options could also be tried at the DD mall which is very near. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
