  They do simply time pass. From last 4 months they are delaying works by saying software is getting upgraded.nowadays always system down

  I visited this branch once and the experience was very very bad. I waited for half of an hour for my passbook entry just to get an excuse that the required software is not available. Before that I even asked that clerk about its availability and he just rudely directed me to stand in the queue. So, staff isn't that good either. Also, the entry machine is not maintained either. 2 stars just for the service provided by the bank, and not this branch.
