  State of the art hotel with best ambience. Near to airport and Pune railway station. Stunning infrastructure and amazing pool side area. Food delicacies offered are amazing. No reasons to criticize this hotel.

  The hotel is located in one of the most crowded areas of Pune. The lobby and entrance don't look opulent and grand enough for a 5 star hotel but the rooms are extremely pleasant and comfortable. The staff at the reception is very courteous. However, the coffee shop is a bit of a disappointment. Nobody even comes to serve you a glass of water. I ordered a tea but the lady in the restaurant apparently forgot......... May be they are understaffed in the restaurant......

  Avoid staying/ dinning here. The rooms are shabby, air conditioning vents are very noisy, bed sheets were stained, bathroom faucets broken .. housekeeping service took hours. Terrible food at breakfast buffet.

  Good place. Excellent reception staff and diplomatic management. Neat and clean room. Excellent breakfast with multiple choices in the restaurant. Typical international style.. "IDELY" needs considerable improvements. Majority of staffs are well trained. Overall experience is good.

  Very good room, excellent front desk and house keeping. Rooms and bathroom was neat and arranged with all necessary things. Even restaurant was good. Only a small concern is space at restaurant, hence better to be there before it's too much rush
