  Dahisar means ten hamlets really favourable place ,heritage and heart of mira bhayandar. Famous for its film studious and river. A visit to Dahisar was really fun loved it!!!!!✌✌🖒🖒🤗🙂😘

  Dahisar is the last railway station within Mumbai City limits on western line of the Mumbai suburban railway. It is a moderately used railway station. Only local trains halt here. In the morning peak hours, trains coming from Virar are extremely crowded and it is very difficult to board a train here. People prefer to go to Borivali station just 3 kms away from where trains originate and can travel comfortably. Platform 1 & 3 is used for Virar (North) bound trains while Platform 2 & 4 for Churchgate (south) bound trains. The road on the east side is narrow and full of hawkers and vegetable/ fruit vendors. Due to narrow roads, only autorickshaws come till the entrance of the railway station. Buses are available on the SV road just 200m outside the railway station going towards Borivali and further ahead, Dahisar Check Naka and Mira Road-Bhayander and anand nagar. The areas of Ovaripada, Anand Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Konkanipada, Rawalpada, Ashokvan are served by this station. In the west, LT road lies parallel to railway station which sees very less traffic. Buses are available to Borivali and further till Goregaon, Dahisar Bridge, Anand Nagar. The area of Kandarpada, Nava gaon is served by this station.

  Station is well maintained but trains are crowded during peak hours and you cannot board. Need some trains departing from Dahisar for better mobility.

  Very quiet place in Mumbai , Dahisar west is nice and clean as compared to other places in Mumbai.

  Nice place. Neat and clean. One can live here in Rs15,000/month for 1bhk flat. Distance 2km, Auto expenses Rs25 max.
