  Not a good Doctor only publicity Matters only advantage is that he is having Equipment which other Veterinarian Doctors don't have

  Doctor Nehru is one of the more renowned vets of Agra City ( if not the most) . The area of his clinic is pretty decent with seperate hostel , grooming , vets chamber , operation theatre and Dog eateries and accessories area. The level of hygiene is I would about average . One thing I would like to question are his work ethics . I found him to be more inclined towards the sale of a new puppy , handing over the puppy to the family and clicking picture etc. then attending a critically ill puppy . The same happened with me. My pup was critically ill and required immediate medical attention , but sadly Dr Nehru was busy in handing over the new puppy to the family rather than attending a critically ill one, and I'm not saying that he should've immediately left his work to attend my pup, but he should've assessed how serious the situation was and could've managed things a bit better. ( I would say though Dr Nehru completely cured my puppy and she is now up and running as before, not to mention he completely robbed me of money ) . Also after my puppy got well , I got medicines from a certain Madam who sits in the clinic as well . All of those meds were the sample one's and she charged me a hefty amount for it ( no MRP was quoted on the pack) . In addition to this , before all this ,I had taken my puppy for her first vaccine and found out the vaccine was not refrigerated as it should be . Also I had purchased a 4kg packet of Vet pro dog food from his clinic and later found out that there was sticker put up on the pack in the place where Dare of manufacture can be seen . The sticker was put up to cover up for the date of the pack ( which was expired), and when questioned on the phone he said that it is not possible and didn't give my any refund.

  Doctor is so busy that you ended up wasting couple of hours before getting a single attention.
