  I joined it at the time when my every effort to shed weight went wrong.......and Iost hope as well as my confidence......I was tired of being an object of fun.....!! The gist of the story is that earlier I was 95kg and now I am 75kg.Now I have regained my confidence,my respect which I always deserved........As a woman you always need respect.......! So this is my story and my experience,,and it could be everyone's story and experience.......!

  Fitness provided at an affordable rate! Provides you with great experience. Services and equipments at the gym can easily be differentiated with the other gyms in Aligarh. The staff is well trained and friendly at the same time. Results are remarkably good! Customers' requests and grievances are immediately responded. Would totally recommend FOX as your fitness expert.

  Most friendly Place to workout. Trainers and all the staff of the gym is really supporting. Owner himself is a gym freak, he will definitely make u workout and give u Desired results. I u Wanna result then go to Fox..
