  These guys are extremely rude and they don't know how to behave with with normal people. Also they never told you right time about the the process of visa. Overall it had been an incredibly bad experience for me spending time with them and finally did not get the visa.

  There's no parking. Had to park far away. I don't know about the interviewers in other counters but something was wrong with the lady in counter 2. I seriously don't understand the need for being rude. Unless it is a job qualification. It doesn't make sense. Is this Roadies? We are applying for Visa, not asking for their property or something.

  I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I applied for employment visa and family reunion visa recently. You just have to arrange the documents as mentioned in the site. The staff is very straight forward. They are happy if you have followed the guidelines mentioned in the site. Based on your purpose of the visit, they may ask for original bachelor or master certificate or marriage certificate/ birth certificate for the child. They will return it when you come back for visa collection. The visa fees may change. Please keep an eye on the visa fees in the site and take the dd accordingly. If you got different appointment for child and the parent try to go with all documents for all dependents. Rare cases they may take both appointments together. We got the visa within 8 -10 days.

  Had a positive experience with submission of documents took less than 15 mins. The staffs were kind and supportive. I had prepared and sorted the documents accordingly. So had no issues. So I would rate 5 star

  I would have given 5 stars only problem faced is the hearing phone not working in my counter it was very inconvenient for me. Otherwise staff are good even though I reached 2minute late they helped me ti finish my student visa interview..
