  Bad experience. I have had vehicles of other brands as well and servicing experience at hero, gurukripa auto has been the worst till date. 1. Not properly cleaned 2. The handle was slightly out of alingment, which i feel is still a bit out of alingment and plan to get it rectified again next time. 3. I asked the mirrors to be adjusted properly and even that was not done. Not at all expected from such a big market holder
