  Hotel Location according to Google is wrong. You have go into next lane while coming from Radisson Blu hotel side. Google map takes you behind the hotel inside a hospital so be careful about that. Receptionist could be a bit more polite. She was very rude while asking for directions. Service was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Air-conditioning was working fine. We asked for extra bed at 11 in the night, which they arranged without any fuss.

  Hotels are very spacious,neet & clean and complimentary breakfast is very limited items in roof top restaurants (only vegitarian). Only disappointing is electric kettle was not there. Ample car parking available. Kids friendly.

  Hotel is located in a nice location, Good parking space only if no events are present in the premises as a marriage hall is attached to the comforts. Reception is too good & well maintained such with the rooms. Toilets can be maintained much hygienic. Worst part was for an extra bed the attender bargains & desperate for money. They charge 500 for extra bed on floor but if returned early the attender negotiate for 400 which pissed me. We had to wait for nearing an hour for not accepting his deal. I pity the owners for keeping such staff because of whom they will loose regular customers.

  Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were two ladies with one kid, stay was safe. On the second day there was only buffe for breakfast though we wanted to eat some light breakfast.

  Nice place. Very comfortable rooms. Peaceful as this is an annex to wedding Hall. Little difficult to find the place. Nice location as it's just couple of kms from zoo, Palace and bus station. Food is prepped to order and takes time but fresh and tasty. Ideal for families. Not many outsiders is there restaurant.
