  The worst service centre I ever visited in my whole life time. We may comprise with the space and other facilities but the staff sitting here are simply asshol*s who don't even know the basics of customer relation. They don't even bother to speak to us. I gave my iBall twinkle for service and waited for almost two months for getting it back. They will never update you about the status. Finally when I came to collect it back I accidentally forget their receipt. Then they demanded identity card which may sound normal. But the funniest thing is they will not have any copier with them neither they will accept soft copy of the identity card. We the customer have to climb down their narrow staircase and walk around to the copy. Finally I managed to get the photo copy of ID card. Then the story started like the battery is kept for boosting. And we have to wait for it in their stinking office. Any allegic person will start sneezing.. I am posting this hoping the management will take action to rectify the issues. I request them to install camera so that they can witness the fun activities of one lady and two boys sitting here.. My final word to those who sitting there.. don't take your job for granted. There and umpteen smart youngsters outside to get a job. Be humble and alertful in your job. Keep your work place clean.

  Long waiting time , limited to no seating for waiting costumers . Cannot accommodate more that 3 - 4 customers at once .
