::India post don't deserve even a single star. They don't care about customer. The service is very poor. The tracking system showed that the item has been delivered to me. But actually i didn't get my letter yet. Toll free no of this department is always busy. They dont take serious action against any complain. I think never ever trust on the speed post facility of India post department.
