  Food is good but poor logistics I've attended 2 meetings on 2 separate days. Both days there was no toilet paper in the ladies washroom. Soap was missing. On informing the staff they pulled out soap dispenser from one washroom and replaced in the other and the reason given was that they were out of stock of soap. It's a prime location for business meetings. If only the housekeeping was better.

  The place is lovely. Location is fantastic. Sadly the room is too small, it ends in a few steps of entry. The service is also appreciated, how ever more than the room the outskirts of hotel is fabulous! Loved the area. So lively and super crowded. U must at least visit thre outskirts of this hotel.

  This is a good business hotel. Very centrally located. The staff and service is always good. The rooms could be a little bigger but they are always clean and well kept. The breakfast is good if you like Indian food which I do. They do have chicken sausages, potatoes and a few Continental items, and also a good egg station. There is also a good selection of fruits as well. They don't have a gym but there is a fitness first in the adjacent building which is handy.

  We stayed in this beautiful Hotel from 3-9 March 2018 as part of a family group. The location is superb on the Brigade Road. There are excellent shopping centres, shops and fine dining just walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant located in the hotel is excellent and caters for all meals. The morning breakfast is something we looked forward to. The breakfast spread is excellent and meets the need of every guests. It serves both South Indian, continental and north Indian meals. The rooms are very clean and in house service is of very high quality. The staff of the hotel are extremely courteous and meet the requirements of the guests with exceptional professionalism. A great place to stay in the heart of Bangaluru.

  We went for a birthday party. Ambience is good. Food is average overall. Some items are very good and some are really bad. Staff behavior is good. Parking is an issue. I parked in a nearby mall by paying parking charges. Not a good place if kids wanted to enjoy. But for small parties or get together this place is good.
