::I use to buy Safeheart 5 from them for my boy Ceasar. Last order was on 13 feb, unfortunately Ceasar suffered a cardiac arrest & he passed away on 23 feb. For one month I didn't even think of his unused medicine, but when finall we brought home a Labrador puppy ( Junior) I wrote to them if I can get Safeheart 5 replaced with puppy food & a bowl and they obliged! I am really thankful to them for understanding my situation and helping me out with the exchange. Best part was no delivery charge..!
