  My laptop was stolen on 25th march from my flat in surananagar, so i went to the station to complain, it took them 4 hours to hear my complain, they finally registered my complain at 3.30 in the morning, meanwhile having their multiple dinner and coffee breaks, someone did visit my place after 2 days to do PUNCHNAAMA as my father is a government officer and he was taking follow up but that was all, nothing after that. been 6 months after that and no news till date, phones go unanswered, mobiles switched off . worst experience .
