  When trying to book rooms here no one knew the basic questions like room sizes. They have no flexibility in any way they really don't hold the idea of the customer service they have their set way and no flexibility. Stayed May 2014, travelled with friends

  This place is excellent. The staff are really helpful and cannot do enough for you. Service in one of the restaurants can be slow, but the range of food is good. There are six or seven lifts and they work speedily, far better than almost anywhere else I've been. Excellent choice of channels on TVs in rooms too.
