::Cheap and best for beginners. Aslam bhai is a kind hearted person and a punctual man. Equipments are enough for advance level exercises, for expert level go for another gym. Minimal charges are imposed by Aslam bhai. Equipments for fat reduction are also there. One thing lag is the trainer. You have to learn by yourself about all exercises from youtube or any other material.
