  I would like to WARN using this service based on my experience with hiring their service in Decemeber 2017 for 8 days in Ahmedabad. Note that they are more like a commission agents or middle man who will book you onto someone who has his own taxi business taking mostly commission. This I'm impacts our as a consumer as they don't have control on quality of the driver, and the car you can get. Worse, if the owner that is providing you with their car finds a better deal than offered by this on the way cab they will try to go away. We had to get a replacement car and a driver within 2 days and on 3rd day we were asked to replace the driver and car as the owners of the vehicle wanted their car back. Also, they are not honest and will only give you quotes for most expensive full day rate. Ex. They will not quote for 8 hours /80 Km rate and we had to take up 300 Km at Rs 14/ KM plus driver charges of Rs 200. Finally, you will be told that drivers available from 6 am to 11 pm for this high rates we paid. However since they do not have the driver or car ownership, the drivers come at their convenience and good luck if you need them early in the morning. I recommend you check with at least 2 more companies before working with on the way taxi company. I will not recommend them ever

  3 weeks ago Good cars and experienced polite drivers makes the tour great. This was my experience with ontheway cab. Recommended to everyone
