::Dear all Please do understand difference between warranty and guarantee .. warranty cover manufacturing defects not breakage .. No where in world u have guarantee for breakage and personal damage . No optical product comes with guarantee bcoz all of em tend to break with little mishandling . Sorry we couldn’t help u with it .

::Very poor after service and their conduct and prices change when you produce bill and ask for replacement within warranty period. Even in replacement they quoted higher price so that they still earn the difference. On expressing our unhappiness with their service, were told that they don't mind losing one customer. Such arrogance.

::We were promised 1 year warranty on the fling frame and when the frame broke within a year they have doubled the frame price as they would have to replace and are expecting us to pay almost the full amount again. The attitude of the staff and the owner is also very rude and the warranty period offered by this store had absolutely no meaning.
