  It is one of the most important and busiest station of Delhi metro. Located in the heart of Delhi, Connaught place makes it very busy and crowdy. Very well maintained and clean. It is a junction of Yellow line and Blue line of Delhi metro. You are damn lucky if you get an empty seat in Rajiv Chowk. There is no dustbins present in any metro stations of Delhi but it remains very neat and clean always. Hats off to all of its cleaning staff. You will always find its floor neat and shiny.

  The metro station is the busiest in India, and attracts the most number if people. Connaught place being the heart of the city makes this station a bit more special. Some really good coffee outlets and a newly built food court is ready to serve the people who tend to wait for their friends or family members. There are washrooms but only on one side which makes a bit difficult for people to know which side to go or not, plus there are a lot of people in it. A police room is also there for any issue. Smart card recharge machines make it easier for people to recharge cards and travel.

  The Rajiv Chowk (Hindi: राजीव चौक) is a Delhi Metro station in Delhi, on the Blue and Yellow Lines. It is a transfer station between the Blue Line on the upper level and the Yellow Line on the lower level.[2] It is one of the busiest stations on the network, serving Connaught Place in the heart of Delhi. It handles 5 lakh passengers every day.[3] Many businesses and important buildings, restaurants and cinemas are situated just outside the station. The station is constructed below Central Park. Connaught Place is officially known as Rajiv Chowk, named after former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.[4] and hence the intersection station is named Rajiv Chowk Metro Station.
