  I would prefer to give 0 if I can. Super rude staff. Dealing with this department is big head ache. If you are NRI never invest in Post as getting your money back over maturity is a big deal. They treat you like you are terrorist and investigate about so many unnecessary personal matters. Too much crowded not so clean. Government should work on Post department training programs.
