  Shivajinagar Railway Station is a station with two platforms. This is a major halt for suburban trains of Pune. The station is also halt for trains from Mumbai to Pune Junction. This Station is important because this is the nearest railway station to Pune's Session Court and many important building like the College of Engineering, PMC building etc. Trains which halt on this station generally halt for 2 to 3 minutes. The Old Pune–Mumbai Highway runs behind the station. This Station is just 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) away from Pune Railway Station.

  Clean Station, only issue is getting Auto Rikshaw. No discipline to Auto Rikshaw drivers. If you want to go at Aundh, Baner, Pashan, Kothrud, then get down here. ST stand is just outside the station. You will get buses for Ahmednagar, NASIK- Aurangabad Shivneri buses.

  One of the two main railway stations serving the Pune city. Platform 1 for Lonavala/Mumbai bound trains and Platform 2 for Pune bound trains. Clean toilets available. Nearest station for kothrud, Deccan Gymkhana, Swargate, Sinhagad road.

  Nice place. City buses available near railway station as well as rickshaw also available here. It's five minutes distance from State transport bus stand . Shrimant Dagdushet Ganpati temple, shanivar wada fort and Lal Mahal fort these turist destinations places are also 20 distance to drive. Take precautions at the night in context of safety.

  Busy railway station. Best location. Clean place. Well maintain every things. Rest rooms are available here. Parking facility is also available here. parking is free here. But some time is require to search parking place. Mostly taxies and rickshaw are coming to drop the passangers. Railways station is cleanly maintain but surroundings locality is congested.
