::I called for a street dog which use to stay at my neighbors but he use to bleed a lot it was being like 1month we were seeing that bleeding was not stopping and dog doesn’t use to eat and drink much really had no Idea what was wrong with the dog ....we use to feed him even tried to apply medicine but she use to runway ....bleeding was getting all over the place so it was getting a bit unhygienic too ...so I decided to call them they were nice for the first time person at the morning shift was very helpful but was unable to catch the dog so from here the story starts I called them 15times every time they use to come the dog use to runaway we even told them just park your car somewhere else so that they don’t know about u but no they are doing the same thing again finally we managed to get dog in our house and take her to the room so that they can catch her easily and they did finally they got dog ....but evening staff person is very rude and really they need to be taught lesson how to be polite with other people’s....after 2days they left her today took my signature and they left the dog ...no treatment was given to dog bleeding badly she was crying after meeting me she cried like a baby had lots lots of water milk hungry as hell ...guys sorry I approached u I thought that u would treat her but you broke dogs soul really badly I can see that it was really disheartening to see that lil baby like this dog so happy to meet me again ...this is the way you treat them at least bhagwan se daro they can’t speak anything they won’t even complain about u .....so guys if you are going for any kind of help to them sorry they will not help u not even care about the dog I highly request not to go for spca tHank u guys thnks alot

::It's a very good initiative providinqg shelter and care for animals. I took a stray dog there who was in last stage of canine distemper and they quickly took him in and gave him medicines. There were more than 50 animals that I saw there being taken care of. The staff was cooperative and passionate about their work dere.

::Very poor maintenance of the place. It sure is in urgent need of improvement. Though the service provided to animals is great and they are under supervision but the conditions in which the place is extremely sad. It is full of flies and is untidy. Some step should be taken to eliminate flies as they spread more germs and it can even be fatal. SPCA should share with the volunteers what the requirements are for a good and healthy environment for the center so that we can contribute our part.

::No sense of cleanliness ...i left my rabbit to get cured. Within 3 days i came to know about it being dead. Totally disappointed. And the officials here are not informing also. When i called the place to know about the recovery status of my rabbit, then came to know about it being dead.

::Service can be improved. It doesn't take an ambulance to rescue a kitten. Any volunteer would have come and took her. She's injured from back followed by a horrible attack by stray dogs. I hope she recovers soon. UT should take such matters more seriously and invest a little more. But overall, I'm glad that you guys admitted her. I will come to see her again.
