  Terrible....38 steps to climb up....For a bank that has been depended by many pensioners like me, it will be an ordeal to visit this branch personally. Absolute disregard to the elderly people. Wake up SBI.....

  It is a good branch of sbi. But, the people there are quite irresponsibile in my view. one time I went there , they asked me to wait because one of their staffs have gone outside. So I had to wait over 1 hour. But, it is a good bank, well maintained. Close to the road side. People come here for all types of need satisfaction. Good one in the city.

  This branch is the erstwhile State Bank of Travancore, Pattom which is now rechristened as State Bank of India, LIC Junction. In spite of the name change, the services have not improved, with the employees not caring caring about the customers. If the branch visit is for Internet banking, ATM card services, account re-verification etc., it is better to directly meet the higher officials so that the work can be completed quickly. The rush during banking hours is heavy.
