  Nice place. Sunday buffet was oily and lacked finesse. The coffee served had curdled milk, had to go and complain. Singers were lively and The ambience was good. Family togetherness was memorable♥️

  Had been to a dinner party. The property is old but the ambience was great. The staff was courteous. Food wasn't extraordinary, it was fine. There was a some confusion as we were a group of 15 and we opted for a la carte. I was disappointed with the fact that when they were serving rice the spoon was touching the used plates. Don't expect that in a 5 star restaurant.

  A beautiful serene property located in the heart of Bangalore. Luxury redefined. This is truly a high value location in Bangalore. The staff are extremely courteous & well mannered. The garden is so beautiful & is so peaceful. A must visit for all at least once.

  A very nice place. Good food. Large area to walk around. Very good conference rooms and halls. The staff is very friendly. They have battery operated cars inside the premises. It is in the heart of the city but the premises is so big that you do not get the traffic sound inside. The only problem I felt is the vallet parking, I guess they park your car in some open space and your car gets a lot of dirt on the exteriors. Other than that all good.

  I'd call it a neutral experience. Participated in a conference spanning 7 days. So, a good sample size for the feedback I write. Things which I liked the most - hospitality, staff, ambience and greenery, it's Heritage. Things that can be improved - the food! Taste especially, I know it has to have a pleasing taste in your palate, but it didn't please neither me or my colleagues. It could be that our preferences are different. So, I won't blame it on the hotel. The other things that can be improved significantly is the way they orchestrate the lunch when there's a gathering of people above 300-400. It wasn't managed well, the space was small and crowded and it was taking time to refill what got emptied. Also, since there's a lot of tree cover, atleast in the place where food was served to us, there's a high chance something might fall into your plate. Overall, it was okay. It depends on your preference and expectation.
