  Good hotel to stay at. But breakfast is worst. No variety, same item daily. But in room dining is good. It is a budget hotel so do not expect slippers, shaving kit etc. even if you ask for that; wont get.

  Location is close to station which lies in the centre of the city. Rooms & breakfast served is good. A pocket friendly experience.

  Best part - the bed. Not as soft as so called fancy hotels. Felt like home. Us Indians like to sleep on normal cotton-soft mattresses.

  Worst hotel to stay in. Staff is very uncooperative. For the 'uninitiated' kindly have cash in hand to pay your room service bills. I have been asked to get cash at 4 AM as they didn't accept card payment for room service. Restaurant looks great but there's no one there to manage it effectively. They wouldn't bother to put salt and pepper, tissue papers and clean your table. When asked, they would reply "it is a buffet". Rooms are small and a bit clean and maintained. Ordering food early is highly recommended as they take a long time and most of the time they don't answer the call. Oh, and lastly we were given an extension box as our bed side plug point wasn't working. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

  I stayed in Treebo Regency from 19th March to 21st March Pros: 1. Clean Room & Bathroom 2. Good breakfast spread and taste 3. Courteous Staff Cons: 1. Breakfast is served between 8am - 10am. Most business travellers who start early can't avail their 'complimentary breakfast' 2. Drinking water is charged. They give you one bottle of water on the day of your arrival. On subsequent days you have to buy your water 4. Very few toiletries are provided. 3. The overall property has a very shabby and a neglected look. Not that this matters much to people who just need a place to sleep after a long days work, but when you are in the hospitality business keeping a place clean & tidy is a primary requirement Like I have mentioned in the earlier portion of my review, to a business travellers a clean room, bathroom and decent food is all that is needed. Treebo Regency does this fairly well. It however lacks a certain degree of finesse. Something which some of their competitors have in a greater degree. A spic and span property, good lighting and a bright decor goes a long way in making a good first impression. I would rate Treebo Regency 2.5 on a scale of 1 to 5 I am in two minds if I would book a room in Treebo again. They do need to work on a lot of things.
