  Bad ambiance, actually not working properly, no proper service and even food price is high compared to tastes

  Very bad room service. No cleaning. Ask for bed tea at 7am but they will serve you at 8am. May be the tea which is served with complimentary breakfast.

  Looks like old four star hotel run by two star hotelier. The rooms are good and have many things like RFID locks, etc. .They still do manual entries for check in/out :),no computers. So it takes more time.

  Made deal thorough a site in MB International hotel and it seems had taken control of this United 21 hotel and so directed me to stay here, its old property with all sites reachable. Rooms r good and toilets were neat and small, Only issue here is even though staff r friendly u have to remind them few times to get your work done either house keeping or room service
