  Railway station is very good but number of reservation counter are less making difficult to be first on Windows during tatkal tickets. Agents always reserves the first 8 position for tatkal tikets. For local tickets, Ticket Window operators issue wrong tickets for general coach unless you name the train. Rest all is good.

  Lovely experience. Cooperative staff. Have hand and vein based authentication and token system to curb black marketers. Vigilant Department contact no. displayed every where in reservation area for instant feedback and report. This system is need of the hour for Railways where lower staff is minting money on over-charging general public taking 5-10 Rs more than MRP on water bottles and packed branded eatables and almost double the price for the catering car prepared food. Although all the efforts are being made by higher officials and railway ministry to convey the right price by displaying and printing the price along with the tickets, on ground level plan is failed on implementation phase. A billing machine for approved vendors selling irctc catering car food items and receipt for the customers availing it's services must be of great help. Hope such stricter mechanism and fool- proof machinery would be available for managerial and catering staff in railway so that holes are not burnt in the pockets of general public, railway ministry and Government of India.
