  well maintained rly station free wifi facility available fresh drinking water available pay and use toilets .... provides lots of information about departures and arrival of trains periodically great passenger support

  I Agree. Massive and Huge Amount of Construction, Renovation, Remodeling is in Progress. Escalators, LED Lights, Shops, Kiosks are all being Developed. Some Years Down the Line, We Will Witness Entirely New and Refurbished Varanasi Station..

  The station premises have lots of space. The place is of international interest. Keeping in view on that the station is continuously in upgradation. As this is very vrouwen place, more seating arrangement should be done.

  One of the most important railway stations of India with reasonably good facilities for passengers comfort. Platforms and premises are comparatively clean. Huge number of passengers and several trains both mail, express and local are passing through this junction station. From the railway standard point of view it has placed itself in the upper position of the list. Counter service has still much scope for improvement and to become more passengerfriendly.

  Good station now it is. It has been developed and looks calm it is visible from crowded area also. It's creativity is great. It has many platforms and here help desk is available here Escalator is also available.
