  I purchased Volkswagen Ameo from them...on first note every thing looked good but just after 15 days I experianced following problems 1. Vibration in the steering wheel at the speed of 80Kmph. 2. Noise in the steering wheel at the time of turning. 3. Error light was flashing on next to speedometer. 4. Noise in the brakes. Whenever the brake was applied. When I complained regarding the above problems, they took the car for inspection and informed me that they will return the car same evening. But the car was returned to me after 5 days. And when ever I called them they told me a new story. At last when I pressurised them for an correct reason of the delay the informed the following - 1. The reason for virbration in the steering wheel was because the wheels were not balanced. 2. Noise in the steering wheel at the time of earning was due to lack of greece in the steering assembly. 3. Error light on the dashboard was due to rat bite. And they also claimed that thay changed the while wireing. 4. Noise in brakes was due to lack of greece. I don't understand...how can these problems occur in a brand new car. At the time of explaining about the car...they claim that each car that comes goes through 100+ checks before it is delivered to the customer. How is it possible that all these problems occur ever after 100+ checks..!!!! After the car was returned to me....they gave me a call and I i asked for a detailed explanation regarding the problems they informed me that the would have to come to us personally to understand the exact problems I faced. Till date no one has come. I think that they have handed me a used car.. Pls be careful while purchasing a car from Karnavati Volkswagon.
