    The trainers know nothing and they're very rude. They don't even know parts of the muscle or the exercise names. None of them are certified trainers. There's nothing really in the gym except few basic Olympic rods and dumbbells. Music is blaring all the time in gym so much so that it won't be possible for one to workout properly. If you're serious about fitness join some other gym but not VXF or Suprama.
