::I had a problem regarding data pack and balance. Due to some issues all my data pack and balance got deducted and when I called customer care they are just telling me directly that I have used all of the data in half an hour WHICH I HAVE NOT. There were some network problem during that time my phone was as good as dead then how could I have possibly used my entire data and balance? They are not giving me complaint ID. They are not giving me proper reason. Everytime I am recharging on my number it is just getting deducted. I seriously did not expect this kind of services with such reputed company officials. And for the benefit of others I would really like to post this issue on social networking sites so that other customers become aware about it. I am very much sorry to say that because of such a bad experience I have to port my number to different service provider. SUCH POOR SERVICE.
