  we arrived at this hotel after a long night in the train, so it’s been very annoying to find out that they had overbooked and our room was not free. Not enough, they didn’t tell us for two hours and, in the meanwhile, they tried to give us a room in the old building, which is best avoiding! Everything was filthy, from bedsheets to the toilet, which was revolting. After such a long waiting (and a lot of effort and stress to state that that room was not the one on the site pics) we had to book another hotel, since the result was either the horrible room or nothing. Said this, we can’t write a review on the room that should be assigned when booking, since we didn’t get to see it. Very negative experience.
