As soon as we enter the branch the people from help desk assist us so that our job is done in the minimum time possible The services during demonetisation was commendable as they tendered notes in change for those people who had accounts with this branch. The ATM card services are the best which I have experienced while transacting online. The philosophy of Axis Bank in limiting the customer to branch by resolving issues in online mode is a lesson to public sector banks in customer satisfaction.
