  This is(NARKULAGANJ BLY branch) the worst bank i have ever seen..In this branch the manager and mainly all the staff is very lazy and careless they don't do their work properly.All the customer face lots of problem bcz of lazy staff..

  though this bank has a significant number of customers yet its services are very poor. long waiting time in queqe. 4 cash counters , 1 always closed, and only 1 among rest of three for the people who has less than 35k money to transfer , you should have at least 35k transition of money if you want access other two queue(low waiting time or zero waiting time) i went this Saturday to debit some rupees. and i got an offer from other two counters that if you take 1000 rs by 100 coins of 10 and rest by big notes then we will give you otherwise wait in long queue.. offered blackmailing.
