  Bad experience,my son's black school shoe was damaged within 20 days,it was in warranty period ,in place of replacement they told me that they will get it repaired by their cobbler and will return the next day, but they didn't...and I have to buy a new pair of shoes for my son,too much dissatisfied by their service,I have bought it from bistupur Bata shop

  Its very nice and huge place nice showroom of jamshedpur and it become ac now the stafs are very good

  The collection of footwear is ok.But the staffs are very arrogant and the shop is very congested also.
