  Reasonably maintained. At times crowded. Announcements and not given for delays. Number displays are perfect and convenient also for coach positions. Those boarding from platform 2 may use the approach road from United Theological College. Restrooms in both platforms. Toilets on Platform 2 are free to use. Parking is charged on both platforms. However, recently the maintenance is so poor. Check the photos.

  Moderately maintained. TV display for arrival of trains & number display for train coaches are in all 2 platforms. MOST OF THE TIME : platform 2 for going to south of Bengaluru platform 1 for going to north of Bengaluru

  Convenient. Just 2 platforms, one each, to & from, Bangalore City station. Less of a hassle. The toilets on platform 1 are pay & use. They were not charging money for the ones on platform 2 ! Platform 2 has good Nandini milk-based confectionery shops. Platform 1 has a good restaurant & OK bakery. At the bakery, the people who serve you over the counter, also handle money: not acceptable health-wise. At times, delay in trains are not announced. Wonder why?
