  Response to owner: Really? Were we told before transaction that Bacause of money factor we will be given almirah in such a bad condition. We came to you through contacts. From the same shop, same price, same almirah and you can clearly see the difference . And let me clear your facts we got your number just because we were smart enough to not let that rickshaw wala go. Because of him only we got your no. Otherwise no. Which you gave is still switched off. And okay now if we are demanding for an exchange how can you expect us to pay the transportation charge. I won't mind sharing the pictures of your so called new product. And let me correct you transaction is of rs. 3500 and not 3000.

  They should know how to respect their customers. Once you sell your product does not mean you are over with your responsibilities. Sending damaging product and expecting your consumer to accept it just because you asked for a discount.
