::Newly renovated but they have forgotten to put EVM at important points. Platform Bridges continue to be small and crowded always. Better announcement quality needed by station manager as he is hardly audiable. All out station train need to be diverted to platform 8-9 incomming& outgoing.

::Visited Borivali Station almost after 2 years and this station has changed so much. Platforms got renumbered, so many spacious foot over connecting bridges. This Station has really made a lot of progress. With so many fast and slow trains passing over and so many out station trains that arrive and depart here, it is really one of the most busy stations in the western suburbs.

::Borivali railway station has improved a lot since last 2 years. It now has bigger platforms, large footover bridges and a lot of escalators. Easy to west connectivity is also good. Ticket bookings house has increased number of windows so that commuters spend less time on ticket booking.
