  Well connected, maintained cleaned and developed station. Eatery Tea snacks stalls available.

  Regular train station for local transport. Several shops for snacks and drinks available. It is well maintained and there is some construction work on the main road. They are improving and renovating the surrounding area which is definitely positive!

  Moderately maintained. Have to find out nearest toilets. Hotels nearby are not good enough of taste and quality. Train announcements are clear and loud enough. Police strolling is often so no need to worry about safety. Always this station is with full of crowd, plan your travel if you have more luggage. Trains from beach and trains to chengalpet route are frequent.

  A very important local train station for passengers arriving/departing Chennai Central station. The exit point is too narrow and further occupied by lot of vendors. The crossing of the main road is now relatively better with no beggars or vendors occupying the subway.
