  What is Good : 1: Very near to Ludhiana Railway station approx less than 1km 2: Food is good as compared with other Sarovar Portico like Jalandhar, Jaipur.. 3: Staff listens to you 4: Special mention of Mr Piyush Tandon & the staff in Restaurant 5: Neat & Cleanliness would rarely in question in Sarovar Portico chain What is not : 1: News paper neither delivered nor asked by anyone 2: Water drained from Bathing area to other parts of Washroom (even after giving in their notice) 3: This Hotel is still working on Cable connection which means I tried very hard to switch to my channels of interest but to my own surprise I couldn't do it, due to that not User friendly Remote of TV and the system on which it operates.. Frustrating 4: You will see lot of drunken people in evening outside in the area around.. Not at all preferred, not safe, and this raises a Big Question in my mind that why a Brand like Sarovar Portico didn't Consider this aspect and Setup it's HOTEL in such Vicinity??? 5: Parking a Vehicle is again a concern here... 6: Swimming pool is not available 7: Kids Gaming area is not available Rest is your decision.. Happy Travelling...

  I travel to the city 3-4 times a year and this place has always been my choice to stay for the following reasons. Huge large rooms. Even singles occupancies. Good food. Located in the heart of city. All food joints are nearby. You just step out of hotel and get the feel of city. Railway station is at a walking distance. All major ATMs nearby

  Best option if want to stay in Central location, walking distance from railway station other wise better options available. Very crowded & traffic around hotel , rooms size is large enough. Fitness centre small & basic, Food is good. There is very famous tea shop just opposite the entrance of the hotel, must try.

  Service is not up to the mark. Soup and food being served should be hot. Quantity of beverages served was also very less. This does not looks nice for prestigious and famous hotels like City Heart. Parking and location is good. Property is very good.
