    This is the Summer secretariat of Jammu and Kashmir state. The ministers and all departmental heads function from here during summer months of May to October. However, the office functions like any other government office, one has to pay many visits to get their work done or get their file moved from table to table. However this is a good place to visit ministers, secretaries and even the Chief Minister.
