  It's land mark structure of Meerut.Located in khair nagar and very near to Apsara cinema and town hall. Built in 1914 at a old gate Meerut town. It was a famous place of national leaders during independence movement . Mahatama Gandhi and Subash chandra Bose visited the place and Ghanta ghar was renamed as Subash chandra Bose to remember him. The 4 wall clock are now in working condition ,courtesy Sri Shahrukh Khan (famous film star) Great heritage place of our history in a busy and congested area.
