  Nice location. Good food. Good ambiance. More light on Restaurant will be better. Waiters need training to be more professional and Customer oriented.

  Hotel Quality is not up to the mark. Beds and Mattresses need an Upgrade. They are very old and Dirty. Bathroom lights were dull. We asked for Iron and Ironing board. These Two old Irons didn't work and had all exposed wires. Ironing board had stains and Rusted. Food was good. Guy at Reception was very good and helpful. Girls at reception need Vitamins so they show some energy, enthusiasm and Smile. Housekeeping and Roomservice was very Good.. We are regular visitors at Pune. After Great experiences in near by hotels, it's very Unlikely that we will stay here again.

  Superb hotel at a decent price and central location. Nice place to have a meal too. The washrooms are clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy. Service is good and prompt. Parking is available.

  Beautiful place to meet up even for a business meeting. Food quality is great. Staff courteous. Location perfect.

  So we booked this place. The room is decent. But OMG the staff is so laid back. We ordered tea twice, it don't arrive for an hour... Then for food they said they get back asking the chef. They din call back for half n hour... Worst service ...... Only the location of hotel is good...
