  Inside the court all is fine..staff as well as surrounding people are cooperative and soft natured..but out side of court is conjusted..no parking place available..

  I went for learners license and my experience was frustrating. If you are a local resident then you won't face any trouble but if you are an outsider working or studying here, you will have to suffer. A government official there asked me to get address registered as I am a tenant and when i went to get that done I was asked for 3500 and told in front of a government official that " yahan aisa hi hota hai"... and there is no other way. I can't explain the height of my frustration. Posting this is a waste of time but hell, I already wasted a lot.

  This place has good capability to get 5 marks but unorganised management makes it very messy. No good parking structure. Driving test infrastructure is very bad. Parking fee is very high. Disha center staff is arrogant and never complete work in time. Center has given digital platforms but staff here take very much time to process anything.
